“Patience and perseverance have a magical effect before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish.”
John Quincy Adams
I am a “you-get-what-you-see” human. Over the last several years, I learned boundaries, and what an amazing aspect! How fabulous it is to be intentional when I say ‘yes’ rather than doing so out of obligation or guilt! When I say ‘yes’, I mean it, and you can trust that it’s well-thought-out and that I have no doubt in my ability to fulfill what I’m committing to without sacrificing my well-being or my family or my heart to make it happen. Embracing passion has changed my life.
As a mom of three humans, the word ‘no’ exits my mouth an average of 150,00 times per day to create safety, manners, and an attempt to raise three humans that will be respectable members of society. Not for me, not for improving my sanity or creating time that was for me. My level of compassion for those who I care about will come before ‘me’ every time. It’s this level of compassion that drives me to help others, to create solace and sanity for others because I understand how important it is, whether it’s through my psychology degree, tips, and techniques I’ve learned along the way, or skills I’m still working to improve. I have done and will do the hard work so that you do not have to.
